A note for Robby
Dear Robby,
I need to please not be put into the “35 Days to Income” track for newbies that you have laid out, for two reasons.
Firstly, because I am far advanced in what I’ve built and will launch, via HeyRon.ai and some Claude Code, since I became a HeyRon.ai member back on March 25. And secondly, because candidly, I am fighting off having to stop and go get a full-time job (or do gig work), which I absolutely loathe the idea of going back to. I have very little capital, and things are very problematic with the wife and kids, etc.
What I am building/launching is basically a more comprehensive version of — and my own unique spin on — the HeyRon.ai “get your own individualized custom AI agent plus community” VPS instance/seats membership. I’m very advanced through the use of that agent, accompanied by some parts that I’ve done with Claude AI, including:
- My entire wireframe of the technology stack for my VPS, which is already purchased and configured — the space is set up but open and inviting to any changes or enhancements you suggest.
- My website landing page, sales page, signup page, thank-you page, and intake/seat-creation questionnaire are done, and payment gateways with Stripe and PayPal are integrated.
- A custom community that I’m using is integrated (not Skool.com).
- An AI help agent that the members will have access to in the group.
What I really need is this: I couldn’t find in the HeyRon Discord group what I thought I’d seen mentioned early on — that other members were doing/building offerings similar to HeyRon.ai. I couldn’t find those, so I’m paying the $49 to get more direct access to you, Robby, almost specifically for help with these three things (any other pointers are welcomed):
- I don’t want to make a mistake in the new member instances/seats structure and process in the VPS, relying solely on what AI is telling me, as a team with him, regarding how those are created, issued, assigned, and kept separate, and troubleshooted — as well as the usage of the tokens and LLM model(s) I should be making available to members, how to best structure limitations that will work for the majority of members to stay within their monthly subscription fee, and then establish an overage charging/billing strategy.
- I need full, rounded “safety” features and protocols for the server/system/admin side, and to put some in place for my members for their own good — required, or at least defaulted (with the option to turn them off at their own discretion once they’ve gained more knowledge and experience) — such as two-factor login and two-factor confirmation before major changes or major deletes, as well as the do’s and don’ts I need to teach them.
- How to market to get subscribers quickly. I think it shouldn’t take more than 10 days to launch for someone at my level and stage, and for a project/business model that is a well-worn path and not breaking any new ground.
I do need assistance right away, please — I’ve sent you a DM in Skool. Please contact me at your earliest opportunity.
Perhaps you already have a pathway doc, videos, or instructions that you’ve provided to other members who have sought your help building an offering similar to HeyRon.ai, that you could direct me to, so I could study and learn from them, then eliminate the majority of my inexperience holes/questions, and only need to ask you a few questions unique to my service offering. Or I could formulate my own set of questions — though I don’t think it would be a small list, since I feel I’d need to describe or explain what I’ve done and why for each issue before asking my question. Please let me know how to access any of that, or what you’d like me to do.
Thank you,
Jay
